TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. GENERAL: This document contains the terms and conditions of sale of the goods manufactured or supplied, as well as the services provided by Samara Market.

2. PRIVACY POLICY: Samara Market protects the confidentiality of user/buyer data, backup files and passwords under encrypted formats. We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Samara Market.

3. DELIVERY TIME: Samara Market will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the products within 2 to 4 days. If previously agreed with the buyer, and against payment. Samara Market will deliver the products in urgent mode. The standard product delivery schedule is from Monday to Sunday after 6:00 PM to guarantee that the customer is at home, except for Costa Rican holidays. Samara Market reserves the right to modify the delivery schedule, with prior consent of the customer.

4. RETURNS: Refunds are only made to the same card with which the payment was made.

5. CANCELLATIONS:All orders placed on www.samaramarket.com may be cancelled, as long as you inform us of your intention to cancel the order before delivery. Samara Market reserves the right to make a partial/full refund depending on the size of the order and the cancellation notification time. To exercise the right to cancel, the consumer must send an email to sales@samaramarket.com indicating the customer's name and order number.
